Minimum/General Experience:  Has ten (10) years of progressive experience in providing management, communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical expertise. Has two (2) years related strategic, business and leadership experience.

Functional Responsibilities:  Provide executive level counsel and guidance to agency heads, directors, and senior managers on quality improvement efforts and the management of enterprise-wide change efforts requiring extensive senior level experience and expertise. Design, organize, lead and conduct organizational readiness, customer focus groups, benchmarking studies, and other quality related studies requiring senior level functional knowledge of industry best practices in fields relevant to the business processes and practices being studied. Manage a team of consultants and analysts supporting an agency’s process improvements and training efforts in quality improvement initiatives, operational criticality or potentially significant regulatory or financial impact on the mission of the agency.

Minimum Education:   Possesses a master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
