Sumaria Systems awarded F-22 Systems Program Office Communication-Computer System Support Contract
DAYTON, Ohio - Sumaria Systems, Inc., provider of information, technology, engineering and professional services and solutions, has been awarded the F-22 Systems Program Office (SPO) Communication-Computer System (C-CS) Support Contract to provide operation, maintenance and engineering support for the F-22 SPO’s networks and computers.
"Since 2002, Sumaria has provided systems analysis and engineering services, communications-computer support and network administration for the F/A-22 SPO; and we look forward to continuing to provide the F-22 SPO with cost-effective C-CS support through our integrated team of highly qualified, proven performers," stated Don Kurtz, VP of Sumaria’s Dayton Regional Operations Center.
Under this contract, Sumaria, and its subcontractors, RSIS, Intergraph, Hewlett-Packard, and Hassler Communication Systems Technology will provide training, requirement analysis, program management, help desk, implementation, system interface, communication, video-teleconferencing, B2B, classified communications, and applications and database systems support. In addition, the team will provide system administration, funds and expenditure reporting, and information protection and computer security, as well as web, communication security (COMSEC), telephone, voice mail and wireless management. The F-22 contract is valued at more than $2M and is under Sumaria’s Information Technology Services (ITS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
The F-22 SPO is part of the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio. The ASC designs, develops and delivers dominant aerospace weapon systems and capabilities for the Air Force, Joint Service, Allied and Coalition Partner warfighters; and manages more than 70 major programs.
Sumaria’s F-22 related efforts are run out of Sumaria’s Dayton Regional Operations Center based in Fairborn, Ohio.
