Sumaria customer selected as Best in Air Force

OGDEN, Utah - Sumaria Systems, Inc. is currently providing a contingent of employees serving the 309th Maintenance Wing, of which the entire unit was selected as best in the Air Force.

The 309th Maintenance Wing is located at Hill Air Force Base (AFB) in Ogden, Utah and provides depot repair, modification and maintenance for the F-16 Fighting Falcon, A-10 Thunderbolt, C-130 Hercules, and the ICBM Peacekeeper and Minuteman missiles.

"Sumaria is privileged to play a small, but integral part in supporting the 309th that has achieved this significant performance milestone," stated John Berry, Utah Program Manager.

Sumaria personnel directly support the 309th Software Maintenance Group’s (SMXG's) Ground Minuteman Automatic Test Systems (GMATS) AN/GSM-315 Replacement Program, whose goal is to re-host legacy test program sets (TPS) and to incorporate new technology in hardware and software systems. We also support the SMXG AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) transition effort through independently planned and conducted AS9100 audits that are either operational, process or AS9100 compliance oriented. Sumaria is also involved with Common Aircraft Portable Reprogramming Equipment (CAPRE), the Solar Electro-Mechanical/Optical Observation Network (SEON), the Digital Test Software Sustainment/Re-Host Program and the Minuteman Automatic Test System for Launch Facility Operational Ground Equipment (MATSO).

Sumaria Systems has been providing support at Hill AFB since June 2005. Sumaria’s Hill support is managed out of the company’s Dayton Regional Operations Center located in Fairborn, Ohio with a local office in Layton, Utah.
