Sumaria Systems awarded 754th Electronic Systems Group (ELSG) PASS Task Order worth $13 million to support the Air Force Enterprise Services Division (ES)

DANVERS, Mass. - Sumaria Systems, Inc., provider of information, technology, engineering and professional services and solutions, has been awarded the 754th Electronic Systems Group (754 ELSG) task order under the Professional Acquisition Support Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) prime contract awarded in April 2007. This task order is worth approximately $13 million and provides PASS Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the Air Force Enterprise Services division of the 754 ELSG (754 ELSG/ES).

"More than 95% of Sumaria’s staff support Air Force programs, and our 25-plus years of Air Force-centric experience combined with a unique blend of Air Force A&AS program experience, IT support and sustainment capabilities allow us to successfully meet 754 ELSG/ES task objectives," stated Paul Denno, Sumaria’s PASS Program Manager.

The 754 ELSG/ES Task Order spans three functional areas of acquisition support, financial management and contracting. "Sumaria provides the full range of business, analytical, financial and acquisition services required to facilitate 754 ELSG/ES A&AS mission objectives and future operations transformation goals," stated Tommy Pope, Sumaria’s Montgomery Operations Manager and the 754 ELSG/ES Task Order Manager.

The 754th Electronic Systems Group Enterprise Systems Division (754 ELSG/ES) is based at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Ala., and is part of the 554th Electronic Systems Wing (554 ELSW) of the Air Force Electronic Systems Center (ESC). The 754 ELSG provides responsive information systems to support more efficient and effective logistics, contracting and comm-computer capabilities Air Force wide. The group sustains comm-computer capabilities for Unified Commands services and specified DoD and non-DoD organizations, and administers contracts valued at $1.5 billion. The division is primarily located at Maxwell AFB, Ala., with operating locations at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio; Hill AFB, Utah; and Tinker AFB, Okla.

About the 554th Electronic Systems Wing (554 ELSW)
The 554 ELSW is a unit of the Air Force Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom AFB, Mass. It develops, fields sustains and operates worldwide communications-computer and force protection systems and capabilities for the President and Secretary of Defense, CJCS, unified combatant commanders, services and specified Department of Defense and non-DoD agencies to direct military forces. It also administers contracts for the procurement of information technology systems and services supporting DoD-wide customers.

The 554 ELSW consists of two electronic systems groups and two direct report electronic systems squadrons: the 554 Electronic Systems Group (554 ELSG), the 754 Electronic Systems Group (754 ELSG), the 642 Electronic Systems Squadron (642 ELSS), and the 643 Electronic Systems Squadron (643 ELSS).
