Sumaria Systems participates in the 50th Anniversay AFCEA Fellowship Awards Banquet

Hanscom AFB, Mass. - Sumaria Systems participated in the AFCEA Fellowship Award Banquet held at the Minuteman Club, Hanscom AFB, on May 4th, where $1,000 scholarships were awarded to 30 local area high school seniors in addition to a summer internship with a sponsor company.

Dave Mahoney, BD Director, represented Sumaria at the Banquet and met with Nathan Cash, our 2011 Summer Intern, and his parents at the event to welcome him to Sumaria. Sumaria has been sponsoring AFCEA summer interns through the Fellowship Program since 2008.

Sumaria Systems has sponsored a student each summer, providing both employment and exposure to the work world before college. The AFCEA Program assists students who have excelled academically and are interested in majoring in the scientific disciplines.
