Sumaria Systems attends the 2011 Midwest Small Business Government Contracting Symposium
MOLINE, Ill. - Sumaria Systems is attending the 2011 Midwest Small Business Government Contracting Symposium on May 17-18 at the iWireless Center in Moline, Ill., near the Army Rock Island Arsenal.
The symposium's focus is the U.S. Army Sustainment Command and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requirements for technical, engineering and professional services.
Sustainment Command programs that will be briefed will have all or significant portions designated for small business and include requirements for sustainment, refurbishment or "reset," upgrade and technology refresh, and management support. The largest program, Army Eagle, will have a ceiling of $30B and may include all aspects of life cycle support. The Corps of Engineers will brief the requirements of 10 Corps Districts that will primarily involve technical and management support.
