Sumaria Systems Wins NETCENTS-2 NetOps Small Business Task Order for AFINC Gateway IMS Switch Infrastructure Modernization
DANVERS, Mass. - Sumaria Systems, Inc., provider of information technology, engineering, and professional services, has won the NETCENTS-2 NetOps Small Business Task Order for the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) Gateway Integrated Management Site (IMS) Switch Infrastructure Modernization for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Air Force Network (AFNet) Support Branch (AFLCMC/HNID).
The AFLCMC Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate provides standardized enterprise capabilities across the entire United States Air Force (USAF). "Sumaria looks forward to working with the Air Force on this important modernization effort that spans the globe," stated Dian Tribout, Sumaria NETCENTS-2 NetOps Program Manager. "We are providing both project management and technical support for router and switch modernization at 13 CONUS Air Force Bases and six OCONUS Air Bases."
Work includes project management, asset management, configuration and data management, site surveys, system deployments, system acceptance testing, system turnover, equipment shipping, hardware and software support, and Technology Program Protection (TPP) activities at each base.
The Sumaria NETCENTS-2 SB contract is managed by the company’s Corporate Headquarters in Danvers, Mass.
